Mum is very lucky to have a part time caregiver who also works at the Village and so is able to combine the best of both worlds as have some daily needs to be taken care of by the caregiver as well. The Village grounds are simply stunning, they are patrolled daily by a team of squirrels who enjoy simply engaging with the residents and bringing joy and excitement whenever they come by to visit. God has certainly blessed the Village with many beautiful birds and creatures to remind residents of the joys of nature. The Parking is quite convenient and close to the Senior Apartments for those choosing to either park in a space or an enclosed garage. Mum did enjoy being able to rent one of the garages while she kept a car as it kept it safe and sound and out of the elements in the winter. Otherwise parking is just a short stroll from everyone’s front door.
Staff is awake and available 24 hours a day so if any emergencies occur no matter the time, there will be someone ready to help. Making sure residents with diabetes monitor their insulin levels is clearly an important task and Christian Village can help with that task. If a resident needs assistance moving from a bed to a wheelchair, this facility has staff who can help. He received exceptional care from every staff member he encountered!

Everyone in therapy gives me updates, and I'm being updated also by the nurses. His room is not large, but it's pleasant, and it works for him. You're not allowed to go into the nursing home unless someone is actively in the death process. She got exceptional care, just a very loving, professional staff all around, everything from the CNAs to nurses, to administration, to the pastor. They moved her furniture in for her because we couldn't go in the room. They very lovingly tried to place her things where she could see them.
