There's roaches in every apartment!! Flooding so can't park close to building and peoples cars get broken into nightly, my neighbor windshield got smashed and they said the security cameras aren't even set up. Pool is always being worked on so no use and the hot tub has been broken the whole year I have lived here.

We complained many times with the management, but all they did was applying killer spray without fixing the real issues that is still there. That is just ridiculous because the building is an old one and our apartments is not the only one having such issues. They moved us to a tiny studio on first floor which is literally haunted by roaches.

It is on the edge of Ghent so it is in a good area. The hospital is nearby, so are the many shops bars and restaurants in ghent. It has a nice pool, hot tub and sauna on the top floor. All the utilities are included in the rent so that is one less thing you have to worry about.
Even though they can see you through glass door and they know that you leave there. I wish I had believed the reviews. Bugs are awful in the whole building. Hot tub has been broken for months. Broken AC. One of their employees hit my car in the parking lot.

If we had just one word to describe our housing experience at Hague Towers that would be DISGUSTING. Mold developed very fast, turning our kitchen into a cellar. We could not shut the windows and turn AC on otherwise it would be hard to breathe.
