The refurbished apartments are up to date with flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances and bathroom counters and toilets. Unfortunately, they are more concerned with the appearance to rent. The bad news is they have done everything from the outside and the inside needs major repairs.

There are no cameras on any of the floors or the horrible laundry room. The cleanliness of the apartment hallways is appalling from carpet, tile and much needed painting. Since there is no concern for keeping things clean such as garbage chute etc., they have a major roach problem. In addition, they allow smoking on all the floors and they don't recycle. The cleaning staff complains that they must do their job and they don't. The property management company either knows all that is going on or doesn't want to know.

If we had just one word to describe our housing experience at Hague Towers that would be DISGUSTING. Mold developed very fast, turning our kitchen into a cellar. We could not shut the windows and turn AC on otherwise it would be hard to breathe.

This is another common problem, I've heard other residents complaining about it and the management doesn't provide a regular pest control intervention.
